Why Green Tea Extract + L-Carnitine + L-Theanine + Sea Moss + CoQ10 is far superior for weight loss than a GLP-1

Now listen carefully. What I’m about to discuss is not medical instruction, it is knowledge for strategic optimization. If you’re looking to manage body composition and improve metabolic efficiency, there are nutritional and supplement approaches that can complement lifestyle, exercise, and diet. First things first, nutrition. Here's my recommended meal plan to slim down and maintain good health

Breakfast: Cream of Wheat with berries, Greek Omelette, Sautéed Spinach & Black Coffee infused with MCT Oil/Ground Clove/Ceylon Cinnamon 

Workout Meal: 2 date bars, 4 teaspoons of Manuka Honey, 1 serving of Pumpkin Seeds, 1 serving of Brazil Nuts, 1 serving of Papaya Seeds, 1 serving of Hawthorn Berries, 1 serving of Watermelon with California Baja Gold Salt lightly & Ginger/Honey/Lemon Tea

Dinner: Beef Liver & Onions, Miso Soup, Collard Greens, Navy Beans & Beet Juice

Snack (Weekends Only): Beets, Sauerkraut & Concord Grape Juice infused with Cayenne Pepper/Star Anise.

Second, fitness.
45% Weights 
30% Cardio
25% Isometrics/Isometrics

Daily non-negotiable. Start off with steps 6k-15k 5x a week minimum, high volume, low weight to build proper technique & strength which builds the muscle base and burns calories at a higher set. Work your essentials so lats, delts, abs, obliques, glutes, pecs, calves, triceps, biceps, quads, soleus & hamstring then recover, test cardio endurance to burn calories and improve cardiovascular & cognitive function then recover, then weight train again on your problems areas with high weight/low volume then recover and blend Isometrics & plyometrics to properly operate your physique, recover, shower, rest & repeat daily. 

Third, supplements
Here’s why this stack is far superior for long-term, sustainable weight management than simply relying on a GLP-1 therapy like semaglutide. First, let’s break down the components:

1. Green Tea Extract
