Bless them. Bless their bloodstream with circulation strong and clean.
Flush out inflammation, imbalance, and impurity from their temple.
Renew their gut, where the brain speaks and the spirit listens.
Break the chains of generational illness—diabetes, fibroids, fatigue, doubt, and despair.
Let them remember the covenant You gave to Daniel and his companions—
That even in exile, if we eat clean and live true, we will stand stronger than kings.

Anoint their plate, O Lord.
Let every bite they eat become fuel, not burden.
Make their lemon water into medicine,
Their herbs into harmony,
Their fasting into clarity.
Teach them that discipline is worship,
That sweat is prayer,
And that silence can be louder than pain.

Let their skin glow like sun on gold.
